01 / Reception

Nobody's free to answer.
So it gets answered anyway.

An AI receptionist picks up your calls, WhatsApp messages and Instagram DMs — in Arabic or English, at 2pm or 2am. It answers what it knows, takes a message when it doesn't, and tells you the moment something actually needs you.

What happens now
What happens instead
You're with a customer. The phone rings four times and stops.
It's picked up on the first ring, the question answered, and you never broke stride.
"What time do you close?" — asked eleven times a day, every day.
Answered instantly, every time, without anyone typing it again.
Someone messages at 11pm. They get a reply at 10am, if you remember.
They get an answer at 11pm, while they're still deciding.
A supplier calls with something urgent. It sits in voicemail all afternoon.
It's flagged and sent straight to your phone as it happens.
How it works

It learns your shop, then it covers the phone.

Setup is on us. Once it's running, there's nothing for you or your staff to operate.

01

We write down what you get asked

Opening hours, prices, location, parking, which services you offer, whether you take walk-ins. We go through the questions you answer every day and put them in one place.

02

It connects to your existing number

Your WhatsApp Business number, your phone line, your Instagram DMs — whichever channels your customers actually use. You don't change your number or tell anyone anything new.

03

It answers, in the customer's language

If they write in Arabic, it replies in Arabic. If they write in English, English. It doesn't guess at things it wasn't told — it takes a message instead.

04

You get the ones that matter

Complaints, suppliers, anything unusual or urgent gets passed to you directly. Routine questions don't. You stop being interrupted for things that don't need you.

What's included

Everything the front desk does, minus the front desk.

INCLUDED

Answers around the clock

Nights, weekends, prayer times, and the middle of a busy Thursday. There's no hour where a customer gets silence.

INCLUDED

Arabic and English

Replies in whichever language the customer wrote in, in natural phrasing rather than obvious translation.

INCLUDED

Your channels, not new ones

WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram DMs — connected to the accounts you already have.

INCLUDED

Message taking

When it doesn't know something, it says so, takes the details, and hands it to you rather than making something up.

INCLUDED

Urgent alerts

Anything that needs a human reaches you immediately, on your phone, with the context attached.

INCLUDED

A record of every conversation

Every message in and out is logged, so you can look back at what was said and to whom.

What you'll need

Three things, all of which you probably already have.

If you're missing one, we'll set it up with you as part of the build.

Questions

The things people ask before saying yes.

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

We'd recommend being upfront about it, and most businesses are — a short line at the start of the conversation is enough. It doesn't hurt anything: customers care far more about getting a fast, correct answer than about who typed it. What does hurt is an AI pretending to be a person and then getting caught out.

What if it gives someone wrong information?

It only answers from what you've told it. When a question falls outside that, it doesn't guess — it takes a message and passes it to you. That's a deliberate limit: an assistant that occasionally says "let me check with the owner" is far safer than one that invents a price.

Can it take bookings too?

Not on its own — that's the booking automation, which is a separate piece. Most businesses run both together, so the receptionist answers the question and the booking system takes the appointment in the same conversation.

What happens if it breaks?

We monitor it and get alerted before you notice. If something goes down, messages queue rather than disappear, and you're told immediately so you can cover the phone the old way until it's back.

Do I have to give up control of my WhatsApp?

No. You keep full access and can read, reply, or take over any conversation at any time. You can also switch it off entirely from your side whenever you want.
